I just finished a 10.899km running that lasted about 0hh:50mm:26ss !
Weird day.
I went to the office this morning, as usual on a hurry with the children and then attending a couple of teleconference meetings at work...
Then, taking profit of the prohibition of travelling to Italy that our manager launched yesterday to all the staff, I went to the athletic club and I did an impressive FARTLEK of about 8km out of 11km of high quality run.
I came back to the office again, had some quick meal and I opened my e-mail and the first message I get was again coming from my manager.
"You have to work from home from now on, the alert on Coronavirus is indicating that anyone who travelled via Venice airport must take TELEWORKING and be confined at home till new order."
Damn! Today I felt really strong while running but since I came back from Italy only last wednesday seems I have to be confined at home for 9 days more apparently...
Ok, so, no more training from today onwards or what?
Or at least, no more training till Wednesday next week maybe...
