Well, we have reached the end of our stay in L'Escala, a fishing village that, although already quite large, has managed to preserve its essence and keep its beaches and rocky coves well preserved.
My son Max seems to be a little better from his stomach virus and it seems that we are going to end our vacation happily as we had planned.
Tomorrow we will soon go a little further north, less rocks and more beaches and wetlands is what awaits us in "Empuriabrava", a town built on canals above the Alt Empordà wetlands, Costa Brava.
We probably will lose a little the essence of the historic towns of this region of Northern Catalonia but it will surely offer us enough incentives to finish enjoying the last days of vacation.
Tomorrow more and better!
