Time different to love
He met her when she was already busy
someone else was holding her hand,
yet her heart was thrilled,
when she smiled kindly at him from the balcony.
He didn't know that such a thing could happen
He tried his best to stay away,
however, fate was capricious
he always ended up by her side.
His feelings for her were like a bud,
that blossomed at the sight of her smile
She was so warm and carefree,
like a sweet spring breeze.
What he felt for her was like paradise,
to see her without possessing her was his hell,
he looked like a soul that was in mourning
his heart was dying, it turned sour and black.
On his knees he implored to turn back the time,
he looked up to the sky waiting for some answers,
the clock made him feel unhappy
to be without her, it was like living in darkness.
The hands of that old clock did not turn back
the arrow hit him at the wrong time,
his life was nothing but a torment
he gave up, drowning in his own suffering.
Will love ever come in time?
Lo conoció cuando ya estaba ocupada
alguien más sostenía su mano,
aun sí su corazón se emocionó,
cuando le sonrió amablemente desde aquel balcón.
No sabía que podía suceder algo así
intentaba mantenerse alejado,
