@eduardo900613,
@juliom,
@yventura .
@osismi y
@ram7
@limonta,
@lileisabel,
@nanixxx,
@literal y
@noakmilo .
@crptogeek.
I. Su nivel de organzación
II.
I. Más actividades prácticas y/o confraternización
II.
@nony.

Every event I participate in is a learning experience. It doesn't matter how old I am or how many events I have because I always learn something new.
I experienced this at the Second National Hivecubacon Event, the Hive event of the Cuban Community that presented the fundamental results of the hard work they do, in order to expand the ecosystem and contribute to more Cubans to join it.
It was an event without many pretensions, other than to fraternize, learn, expose results and continue with the maxim of the community: Keep adding.
From the above I want to show my experiences and what the author lived in this event that he qualifies as one of the most important in which I have participated.
The beginning.
Arriving at the venue was a real adventure because I had to do several things before going to the event and I was not clear about the location of the place. After having lunch on the run and leaving for the venue I started asking around until I was able to get to the venue. Here the proverb that says that asking is how you get to Rome was fulfilled.
Since I arrived the first impression I had was that I was going to like the event and, it was due to the atmosphere I found and the number of users I saw that I knew only by the ecosystem. It is incredible the empathy of human beings because I immediately recognized @yanerkidiaz ,
@eduardo900613,
@juliom,
@yventura . Likewise, I was introduced to other members of the Pinar del Rio community that is very active and that contribute so much to the community.
It was a pleasure to see other acquaintances such as @newnow497 and members of the community who work with me as
@osismi and
@ram7.
Other users I had the pleasure to meet were @janetedita,
@limonta,
@lileisabel,
@nanixxx,
@literal and
@noakmilo.
I was also able to share with other well-known community leaders such as @manuphotos and
@crptogeek.
**The event
The event was conceived with topics of interest for all participants and for those who have not yet taken the step to enter the ecosystem.
The speakers presented elements related to the community and its development, successes, failures, challenges, main results and other elements of interest related to the development of the ecosystem.
In the final part of the presentation, the Venezuelan Hiver and leader of the SWC community @manuelramos made his presentation and explained elements related to the emergence of Hive, the importance of the ecosystem around the world, the need to continue improving our skills and intelligence and how amazed he is of the growth of the ecosystem in our country. Before retiring he gave away some gifts, but, to win them you had to answer questions related to Hive, its communities and other items of interest.
The final part of the event was destined to a refreshment and, what I think is the most important of each event: The fraternization, ideas, exchanges of experiences, proposals for joint projects and other elements of interest.
**Positive elements of the event
I. Its level of organization
II. The responsibility of its organizers in terms of the event.
III. The quality of the topics presented by the speakers.
IV. The fraternization manifested
V. The coziness of the place
VI. The human quality of those who were organizing the event.
VII. The participation of hivers from beyond our borders so that they could see the progress of the Cuban community.
**To be improved in the future
I. More practical activities and/or fraternization
II. More time. It has been demonstrated that the growth of Hivecuba deserves this and it would be good that those who do not live in the capital have more time to present their ideas.
III. To deal with the way in which hiver from the majority of the provinces of the country participate.
**The overall balance was very good.
I can only thank this ecosystem for all the contribution it has made to the growth of my personality and I am eternally grateful to all those who have contributed to this adventure. Special thanks to the two people who guided me to Hive: @theinfiltred and
@nony.
Thank you Hive and eternal gratitude to Hivecuba.
