Saludos @amicable1997 ! Interesante el post. Los trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo donde se incluye la Pre-eclampsia continuan presentando una ardua lucha para los gineco-obstetras en la actualidad.

Las pacientes claramente en estos casos son las que mas sufren por traer una nueva vida al mundo, luchando e incluso con su vida de por medio, así como lo explicaste, el mejor tratamiento es el parto (dar a luz), y prevenir la eclampsia (convulsiones).

Colocaste una imagen muy representativa de los principales sintomas que presenta la mujer con esta patología, a pesar de que no soy muy afín con estos temas, tengo preferencia por otros temas de la medicina, de igual manera hay que estudiar, aprender, actualizarse en estos temas, así como el tratamiento farmacológico a base de (alfa metil - dopa, gluconato de calcio, sulfato de magnesio, entre otros fármacos) que seran los más escuchados a leer sobre el tema.

El edema de miembros inferiores, algunos autores no lo toman como signo de pre - eclampsia debido a que en el embarazo también se presenta.

El sindrome de Hellp, nada más su nombre asusta.
