How hard is it to build a website based on STEEM. What all would I need and where could I start?
I want members to gain steem for creating accounts, generating content commenting and reposting just like it's done on Steemit.
Who determines what actions generate a certain amount of STEEM and as the creator of the site is that something that I can alter?
