I think I will go over more in detail about Presearch and decentralized search engine next time, but this time I am just going to share this 👇

Presearch opened up a beta test for their upcoming decentralized search engine last month.
What they are trying to do is that instead of using centralized search engine like Google and steal all kinds of information about you, they want to decentralized the search by using nodes that are operated by people, like me and you, regular people. And the nodes won't collect user's data like where you live, your gender, age, interests or whatever Google collects.

I liked this idea and I wanted to support it so I signed up for a node operator. There is no coding or not too technical to become a node operator, and also you don't have to have a special computer to run it.
So I think it is pretty easy and anybody can do it. Once they go live, node operators will be rewarded.
During this beta testing, there was no reward for the search requests that you have requested.

But there IS a reward, I just found out that all node operators will receive 500 PRE 🎉

I know there weren't many people but if you signed up and tried to run a node, make sure to

Fill Out the FORM!

I wasn't sure what form they were talking about but this is the feedback form thats sent out to all the node operators.
It seems like if you don't fill out, you won't get the reward. If you have lost or deleted the form or something, you can always reach out to the community person on telegraph or twitter.
I think rewards will be distributed next week!
