Did you get it? Ampleforth's governance token is live and you can claim it if you have interaction with $AMPL, participated in Geyser program or hold $AMPL during negative rebase.
So I think if you had $AMPL stuck in your ETH wallet and couldn't move or sell or anything because of high ETH fees... like me, you might have some $FORTH to claim $FORTH 馃挭
