They let life flow, enjoy it and take advantage of it, so well, that there is no lack of people who envy them.
We are human, and we have the most developed neurological system on the planet; our capacity to imagine, create, remember and grow is unparalleled.
Almost everyone, when they say "I am human", is referring to their limitations. It is as if belonging to the human species is synonymous with mistakes and imperfection.
The truth is that we are "super human". We don't feel that way, because we allow our attention to be focused on the ego and ignore how to use the brain.
The brain being super powerful, it can wreak havoc if you don't know how to handle it. If a person barely knows how to drive, he will make disasters if he tries to drive a Formula 1 car.
The ego is an important part of our being. Of course it has its place and we could take advantage of it if only we would not allow it to guide or affect our decisions.
Keep in mind that the ego is accompanied by fear, wishing to alleviate it by taking control of people and their environment.
By focusing the mind on an illusory and superficial objective such as getting applause, that approval that feeds the gluttony of selfishness, causes a waste of energy; moreover, life loses its true purpose.
If you want to satisfy a life purpose, it cannot be achieved by pleasing the ego; because for this, it is necessary that others benefit as a result of the talents and abilities of each one.
It is well known the emptiness that generates the power and control that is exercised when you live for it. Animals teach us with their example that happiness for life is in living the present moment, in enjoying this wonderful planet as long as we are breathing in it.
We will experience pain, and suffering is created by each one of us by concentrating our thoughts outside of the present moment. By misusing the powerful imagination, we create a non-existent world, where worry will rage as it churns through the limitless disastrous possibilities that will appear at the mere thought of it.
And if we allow our thoughts to rummage through the vast memories we have, they will bring with them nostalgia, regrets and crippling guilt. Suffering is guaranteed if we allow the mind to take control.
We are not the mind, it is only a tool. The inner being is based on principles, it has no room for the opinions and values that each culture has adopted and wishes to impose, of course, in order to have control.
When the imposition of values appears leaving aside the principles, it is because the ego has the reins of mental power.
It is important to know how the brain works, how its mechanics are. Responsibility is misunderstood when it is believed to be synonymous with guilt.
To be responsible is to understand and apply the true power we have in deciding how we are going to react. It is irresponsibility when we let instincts and chance be the ones to react.
A person who is reluctant will identify himself as a victim; from the way he will justify a delay or in the face of really important events. He will always have an external explanation that will justify his fault. It is the behavior that will prevent them from correcting their mistake at some point.
As human beings, it is important to be aware of the power we have at our disposal thanks to the conscious application of free will. For this, it is necessary to accept everything that happens to us, even if we have no control over it, or we dislike it.
Adopting the posture of victim, distances us to understand that well-being is found within oneself. Maybe we can improve the outside by making it more to our personal taste, but to have a full life is our own responsibility.
