  1. Yes! Anger is natural. Anyone irrespective of gender can be angry.
  2. It is one thing to be angry and it's another to express anger. The problem therefore is not being angry but how you express your anger. So while expressing your anger, you should also learn to control your anger. This is very important. For me, I try no to talk when angry. I simply find my space.
