What happened was there was a radio failure and Bottas's tyres were put on Russell's Mercedes leaving Bottas with nothing

WTf!!

From this, I think there was a lot of confusion in the game. But it's funny how Bottas got ahead of Russell in the end even with the mix up.

Come to think of it, why would such mix up even happen in the first place? I thought each driver has a separate mechanic or there's just a central one?
