I knew of a man who was sick for quite a very long period of time. He went to different hospitals and doctors, yet he had no solution. Also, he got to spend huge amount of money all to no avail. All human efforts to get him healed and cured proved abortive.
Following the severity of the illness coupled with his deteriorating health condition, a friend now took him to a church where he was being prayed for. After some while, he got healed and till today such sickness never returned.
Many times as well, I have been faced with series of challenges and often I try to solve them myself or depend on a fellow person to help but no results. Always, it through prayers and communion with God that I get the answers and satisfaction.
Friends, there is no problem that prayers cannot solve, there is no sickness that prayers cannot heal, there is also no door that prayers cannot unlock. Prayer is the master key to any form of life's problem. When you pray, you also have to believe before you can get answers. Also, you pray or ask in the name of Jesus because He is the door.
1 Thessalonians 5:17 says; Pray without ceasing
Pray continuously and fervently. Do not wait till you are faced with problems before you go to God in prayers, pray always because it is the only we talk to God. Pray for the brethren in the household of faith, pray for your country or state, pray for your friends, families and even those that hate you. Your prayers could change them.
We reflect on Paul and Silas when they were in the prison, it was through prayers that God set them free from being prison captives. Also, we look at Peter when he too was imprisoned by Herod, the bible records that the church prayed and that led to God sending His angel to go free Peter.
Prayers play many vital roles in our lives that is the more reason we should learn to pray more often as children of God. The good thing is that when we pray believing, God hears and answers. When faced with problems of life, do not cry like a sheep with no shepherd. Simply put your knees down and make your requests known to God.
God is a God that answers prayer. He will always answer you when you seek His face. God bless you
