I believe that parental support is essential in everything, especially in the use of cell phones and mobile devices, as you say there is a lot of garbage on the networks and therefore we adults should guide our children in the correct use of technology. I have also discovered very good applications that have a didactic purpose in addition to entertain, another fundamental aspect is to establish a schedule or time of use of the device so that it is not the only thing that the child does.
