The prudent and the foolish
Luke 1:46-47,49 New International Version (NIV)
Mary’s Song
46 And Mary said:
“My soul glorifies the Lord
47 and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
49 for the Mighty One has done great things for me holy is his name.

Dad, these words are of great teaching to me, today I especially perceive in these verses refer particularly to my life and how they collapsed many things I had built on false foundations, lies, deceptions, and half truths; I saw my first marriage and my family collapse.
I understand that if something is built on the truth, that remains; but if on the contrary it is based on falsehood does not prevail.
Today I realize what it has been hard for me to rebuild and this time based on the obedience of your word my God, I am building again on solid foundations in the gospel of Jesus, my life is another thanks to this principle.
But for this very reason I must remain attentive not to add lies or deceptions about what I do so that I can always overbuild in the truth of your word Lord.

El prudente y el insensato
46 »¿Por qué me llaman ustedes “Señor, Señor”, y no hacen lo que les digo?
47 Voy a decirles a quién se parece todo el que viene a mí, y oye mis palabras y las pone en práctica:
49 Pero el que oye mis palabras y no las pone en práctica se parece a un hombre que
construyó una casa sobre tierra y sin cimientos. Tan pronto como la azotó el torrente,
la casa se derrumbó, y el desastre fue terrible».

Papá, estas palabras son de gran enseñanza para mí, hoy especialmente percibo en estos versículos se refieren particularmente a mi vida y como se derrumbaron muchas cosas que había construido sobre bases falsas, mentiras, engaños y medias verdades; vi derrumbarse mi primer matrimonio y mi familia.
Comprendo que si algo es edificado sobre la verdad, eso permanece; pero si por el contrario está basado en la falsedad no prevalece.
Hoy me doy cuenta de lo que me ha costado volver a edificar y esta vez basado en la obediencia de tu palabra mi Dios, estoy construyendo de nuevo sobre bases sólidas en el evangelio de Jesús, mi vida es otra gracias a este principio.
Pero, por esto mismo debo permanecer atento a no añadir mentiras o engaños sobre lo que hago para poder sobreedificar siempre en la verdad de tu palabra Señor.
