This is really a job well done so to say. I can relate to why you said you couldn’t do much to a part of the house as left by the previous owners. The truth is that as long as that part is not limiting you from doing all the necessary things at home then it will become as not really an important issues to deal with. Maybe, just maybe you can seek help to get things done in the room and replace what needed to be fixed.
