Deadly Storm:

I wish this storm inside my head would break ,
but all it does continuously , is ache and ache.
Lights exploding inside my aching brain,
torturing , slamming into me , again and again.
I try to relax and breathe , to soothe my racing mind ,
but repetitive screams of agony , are all I can find.
Unless you've had a migraine , you will never get it ,
in fact , the pain could drive you mad , if you let it.
It's raining outside , but it's pouring in my head ,
and sometimes I think , I'd be better off dead.
