• 1 1/2 ounces Gold Rum
• 1/2 ounce Galliano
• 2 ounces Fresh Pineapple Juice
• 1 dash Lime Juice
• Top up with Prosecco

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker except the Prosecco, shake well with ice, strain into chilled highball glass filled with ice and top up with Prosecco.
