Thanks this crypto market as nothing big movements are found in this situation where hive is announced that 20% APR is applicable from now, actually it active few days ago.
Hive or HBD is not still affecting by this offer, hopefully it will be affected after three months when all hive power down is done and apr return is applicable by monthly payment.
Anyway, my favourite coin won't affect in this situation, its a better deal.
