Where is my hazard pay?!?!
As a bartender im use to making 15 an hour plus. So when i have to do extra work for every grouo of people and they are not tipping more where does the money come from? People seriously do not tip extra nowadays. I am not allowed to tell them how many people are not coming back to the job bc of all the stress. But most i talk to are at half staff or so. Meaning those that come back have too, and are working way more than they want to for not much money.
If you can afford to travel and eat out tip hazard pay. For everyone knows we wint get anything more from ownership.
