My wife also have a rabbit ... but she didn't manage to take it with her over the Russian border, so it stays in Oslo now. She had it in a cage under the roof outdoors (actually, two cages, to give her a bit more space). I think it's cruel to have it locked into a cage, but also unsafe to just leave it unattended on the outside, so eventually now she's staying in the living room. I tried to let it out yesterday through the veranda door, but she never took the jump down from the veranda down to the grass.

Here is a photo from previous March, we found the perfect island for letting the rabbit out. However, she was mostly interested in jumping back to the boat.
