A father had a son that was demon possessed. The demon would throw the boy into convulsions and would choose the worst times and places; frequently throwing the boy into fire or water. The father had tried everything but nothing worked. Finally, the father came to Jesus and said "Help me if you can."
Mark 9:23-24
“What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.”
The father instantly cried out, “I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!”
Jesus healed the boy even though the father lacked belief and had strong doubts.
Jesus sees our needs and has compassion on us. He overlooks doubt and disbelief and gives healing. If you have enough belief to ask for help overcoming your disbelief, then Jesus can heal you. He can overcome anything for you. But do you believe?
