How are we all doing?
It is yet another beautiful time in this respective community and it is with great joy that I welcome us all into this new week. Checking in on this community earlier today, I was amazed by the numbers of entries that has been made even at this early time of the week and that propelled me to make an early entry unlike before馃槃(i always was the latecomer).
Today, I chose to challenge myself attempting a song of musically inclined afro-pop artists. I will be doing the song "TRY ME" by the globally known Nigerian afropop artiste currently representing the pride of African music...TEMS. She is one of my favorite Nigerian afropop musicians and I sing her songs often but I literally take to my heels when it comes to playing a cover of it馃槃 because she is unlike every other musician I have ever come across.
She is very professional at inserting the contemporary music pattern into afropop( maybe because she's also an R&B musician ). Those riffs and infusion of minor notes into an afro-pop isn't really easy to imitate on the saxophone but I chose to face my fears 馃槃and attempt this song for my entry for this week.

Es otro momento hermoso en esta comunidad respectiva y con gran alegr铆a les doy la bienvenida a todos a esta nueva semana. Al registrarme en esta comunidad m谩s temprano hoy, me sorprendi贸 la cantidad de entradas que se han realizado incluso en este momento temprano de la semana y eso me impuls贸 a hacer una entrada temprana a diferencia de antes 馃槃 (siempre llegu茅 tarde).
Hoy, eleg铆 desafiarme a m铆 mismo intentando una canci贸n de artistas afro-pop con inclinaciones musicales. Har茅 la canci贸n "TRY ME" del artista afropop nigeriano mundialmente conocido que actualmente representa el orgullo de la m煤sica africana...TEMS. Ella es una de mis m煤sicas afropop nigerianas favoritas y canto sus canciones a menudo, pero literalmente me apresuro cuando se trata de tocar una versi贸n de ellas 馃槃 porque es diferente a cualquier otro m煤sico con el que me haya cruzado.
Es muy profesional insertando el patr贸n de la m煤sica contempor谩nea en el afropop (tal vez porque tambi茅n es m煤sico de R&B). Esos riffs y la infusi贸n de notas menores en un pop afro no son realmente f谩ciles de imitar en el saxof贸n, pero eleg铆 enfrentar mis miedos 馃槃 e intentar esta canci贸n para mi entrada de esta semana.
