My thoughts
The social burden is the burden of being human, while living in a technological world. It is about unconsciously choosing thoughts and prayers over empathy and actions. It is more or less how we are no longer ourselves when we are online. On social media, we are nothing more than a public facade. We are naught more than a narrator trying to write a scripted story about how cool, happy and awesome we are. A justice system where we can only be judged and validated with likes and followers. It should be reminded that the social media version of yourself isn't even really you. It's not even human.
