It's many different factors tbh. For one, I decided to do an animation (it was highly recommended) at high res, which takes up a lot of render time (hours). Secondly, my work wasn't originally meant to be formatted as a 4:3. There are still a lot of kinks and trials I still have to work out to get the best format. For example, I create a 7-10 sec animation of the guy touching the bubble as it floats away (3d). It's about 140 frames and one frame took an average of 1minute and 20seconds to render at a resolution of 1024x768. I'm new to creating animations and I am shooked. My sample submission 1280x960 took me 3 HOURS. Due to time constraint and the fact that my comouter is too weak, I dont think ill be able to create anything higher than that by the submission date. I'm using Blender btw. Smh. I should've stick with 2d animation, but 3d looks soooo goood haha. (Sorry, im typing this on my phone)
