This is my first attempt at photorealism and I made this gif totally by accident. Forever unsatisfied with the result, I decided to mess with the levels, color balance, tonality, and saturation of the composition in Photoshop. Out of frustration, I decided to "scrapped" the project. You must understand, I've only started creating digital art and 3D designs about a month ago. Everything I know is self-taught. . I can't draw or even color as well as other artists (my real strength is doodling stick figures lol). After a night of drinking and smoking with friends, I wanted to get one more honest look at my work and was shocked to discovered that photoshop "recovered" my old files! Instantly, I compared the two pieces and realized that it bears a cool "lighting" effect when I switch them back and forth. I did the next obvious thing and create a frame animation between the two and BOOM! resulting in a “Somewhat” Satisfying piece haha :)

You guys are the first ones to see this and I'm thinking about putting this up on Makersplace or Known Origin. Due to my allegiance to Alien Art Hive, I don't really post in this community that often, but I think this is more suited for Sketchbook....so...here we are lol (don't tell Julia haha).

I'm a new artist and I would really appreciate it if you guys follow my social media. Also, please try and stay safe out there. The world es muy loco nowadays 0_0
