I think the banksters will certainly transition Europe away from the dollar and towards CBDC's. I don't think this will be a good thing for anyone. If they were switching to something like traditional bitcoin crypto or something like HIVE, I would be for it. However they are likely switching to some form of centralized private bank coin.
