Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy day today, knocking out 10k steps plus. Spend most of my day chasing my kids around. In the afternoon got to jump on the elliptical and bust out a 30 minute session. Hope you all had a productive day as well. Cheers and enjoy the daily meme.
