Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy day today. Got a lot of work done. At lunch today I went out and did a over 1 mile walk with my dog. Then after work today, I went for a slightly over 4 mile run and a little bit better time than I did my first round of the season, trying to get in shape for the Falmouth road race coming up this end of the summer.
