Hey Actifit frens! Another epic day today knocking out over 10,000 steps on the day by going for a long walk at lunchtime out in the wilderness during work. Then after today at work I got on the elliptical and did a 30 something minute elliptical challenge, which was very high in intensity and that was absolutely brutal as well so got in over 11,000 steps. I think it was And also worked on my upcoming Epstein documentary a bunch. Hope y’all enjoy the daily meme.
