Hey Actifit Frens! Hope y’all had a excellent day out there and active fit world. I certainly did knocking out over 11,000 steps today because I was left defend from my life with my three kids by my wife who left me here with all three of them and I barely survived the experience that she does all the time when I go away business trips. It was a few hours and I’ll never forget the experience. Hope y’all had a great day out there and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
