Hey Actifit! Today I had a very busy and long workday. I woke up to the sound of my children screaming and running around my house at some god-awful time in the morning. Then at lunch at work I took my big giant fat cow, looking dog out for a walk. then after work today at some ridiculously late time of night I got on the elliptical and got two elliptical challenges in before passing out on the couch. Trying to watch a single episode of South Park. Good night and good riddance to this day.
