Hey Actifit Frens! I had a very active and also very excellent day today. I started off my day by jumping on the elliptical and knocking out a 25 minute elliptical challenge. I also did a fair share of push-ups today, and I did a fair share of chasing my children around outside I took them boating today, which was excellent. Hope you all had a fun Saturday!
