Hey Actifit frens! Had an excellent day today! Started out by playing some softball with the guys. I am maintaining a .700 batting average currently. Then after watching football all afternoon and being lazy. I did a 30 min elliptical challenge. Completing the 10,000 foot incline series of challenges. Cheers Mateys!
