Hello all Hive members.I like to travel around the country and especially the natural landmarks.Yesterday we decided to visit this beautiful place. It is located about 80 kilometers from my city of Sofia.The road passes through the gorge of the river Iskar where the views are breathtaking.
The eco trail starts at a quartz spring, springing deep from the rocks.
The trail continues up along the rocks and the views are amazing
At the end of the route is the monument Septemvriytsi and a metal cross in memory of the fallen climbers
There are a lot of caves in the area, I think there are over 50. We couldn't get very deep into them because we didn't have the right equipment and strong lanterns.

A wonderful walk that will leave us with a good memory for a lifetime and of course we will look forward to coming back here again.
