While on the way to Erciyes Ski resort, I took the time to pose in front of the signage at Uchisar. You see the landscape behind me? Isn't it beautiful? Uchisar which is a natural castle formed by the explosion of Mount Erciyes is at the highest point in Capadoccia.
According to my Tourguide's explanation, Uchisar has been around since Roman times. And Uchisar Castle was used as a defensive fort because of its towering shape. then, besides that here it is also used as a kitchen, residence, and others. While passing through this area, I never cease to be amazed.
