Any material (including metals !) can get a glassy state if cooled at an extremely rapid rate (so the particles do not have time to crystallize) and than condensed to shape.  Glassy metals, metals and "alloys" of many types, are available in the market.   Some of them have very unique properties (e.g: magnetic).
