All right, after the small HF20 disaster, which among other problems, drained voting power of almost all users to 10% levels, @tipU finally recovered the VP and can resume the voting service :)
Now, one of the positive sides of HF20 is that the voting accuracy has been increased which means that @tipU can now accept payments as low as 0.1 SBD / STEEM (previously small upvotes were rounded up which meant that minimal payment had to be around 0.5 SBD / STEEM). Good stuff for minnows :)
Of course the negative ROI protection is still active, which means that the vote buyer will always receive back 100% of his payment in upvote value - or more. You can always check the current upvote return at @tipU profile page.
