As for pizza weirdness... the weirdest place I ever ate pizza is connected to a larger kinda odd story. As a highschooler I knew of a timeshare community near where I lived in Florida. They had an outdoor pool and hot tub, and although I wasn't actually allowed to be there, I would go occasionally at night when there was no staff to police the facilities. One particular night we tried to stop at a Dominoes rather late at night to order a pizza. They would not accept our order at their shop and insisted that we needed to call them for delivery. So I struck upon the idea of calling them from the phone booth on the outskirts of their parking lot (yeah, there were phonebooths, but not cell phones, when I was in highschool.) Well, the call did not go to their shop, but instead to a centralized call center. But after some explaining, I was able to arrange a delivery to the phone booth outside the correct Dominoes. 20 minutes later with the phone-booth delivered pizza in hand, we headed to the timeshare and ate pizza while trespassing in a hot tub. Now, I'm hungry.
