The city of Bangkok what makes it so attractive that it brings millions of visitors annually and this has been going on for decades and still is till today this city they call "The City of Angels" has so much to offer that you can never get bored in this big city apart from it's world class food the spectacular temples, the amazing nightlife, the kind hospitality and these are only a few reasons that keeps them visitors coming back will tell you more further down this blog.
Over the years Bangkok city has become one of the most affordable nightlife cities with many of exciting nightclubs, live band clubs, rooftop bars and many more sorts of clubs where you can to entertain yourself then you have all the red light districts like Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy and Patpong nightlife district with many street markets and restaurants or you can go over the other side of town to Khao San Road where all the backpackers hang out there are many drinking bars and nightclubs in that area also.
Another thing that makes the city of Bangkok one of the best cities in the world to visit is, it's mixed cultures, filled with 16 million people you have choices from traditional Thai food, Western, European to Mexican food, traditional music from many cultures and then you have the Muay Thai boxing like no where else in the world the choices again are unlimited.
What most tourist love about this city especially the younger ones is that this city never sleeps day and night it's buzzing during the day you will see many visitors touring up and down the Bangkok river visiting temples, markets, China Town or just sitting by the river in a coffee shop or restaurants enjoying the views of the river.
The one upmost thing that I notice here is that visitors to this city love shopping and with that said this is the city for people who love shopping there are never ending shopping malls, street markets and the two most popular ones are Night Train Market and Chatuchak Market outdoor markets were you can enjoy a abundance of shopping, delicious Thai foods and live music I have been to both and believe me these markets are awesome they just have it all great place to spend your day shopping and eating.
There are many ways of getting around this big beautiful Bangkok city the way I enjoy most getting around this huge city is by BTS Skytrain because it runs above the street level and you can see the city as your traveling along it's cheap, fast and it will take you from one end of town to the other, you can hope of at any train station you like and take a walk around this is the best way I like to see Bangkok city get of the beaten track visit the local areas they are fun you will see all sorts of amazing restaurants, coffee shops and lots of great graffiti artwork around the local streets and it's in these areas that you will eat the best Thai street stick foods at very low cost.
I find no matter what country I am in I love walking the streets it's the best way to see things and Bangkok city is just a friendly and fun country to be walking the streets having front on interactions with local people, enjoying there hospitality. There are so many interesting and artistic things to see on the streets that it makes the walks so much more enjoyable and the green areas in Bangkok city they are huge and extraordinary like Lumpini Park, Rama 9 Park, Queen Sirket Park and many more.
Why is Bangkok city one of the most visited cities in the world well I would say in my opinion it's exciting, vibrant, bustling the shopping and dining experiences are incredible and for it's nightlife, attractions and sights just breathtaking, the city certainly has me hooked and I have only seen a fraction of this beautiful Bangkok city.
