In the time that I have been living in Thailand which is almost four years now I have been to a few islands around the south of Thailand from Krabi, Phuket, and Koh Samui from the Gulf of Thailand down to the Andaman Sea and there has been nothing more pleasing in my life to have experienced this amazing tropical country and with what I have seen I have not even scratched the surface there seems to be endless paradises popping up everyday.

There are many reasons I chose to live in Thailand and it wasn't only for love of my work, it is for friendliness of the people, I love there way of living, there culture, there food which just keeps getting tastier and tastier never getting bored with it, a cheap country to live in or retire but mostly and my main reason is the tropical weather in this country.

I am one that isn't very fond of cold weather, put me on a tropical island and you will never get me out and it's exactly what happen here with Thailand, it's just one big tropical island, I have found that the warmer weather keeps me not only healthy and stress free but some how keeps me younger, it must be all that vitamin D, back home in winter I use to feel pain in my body from work here I haven't felt that for the past four years with all these beautiful tropical weather my body smiles everyday, pain free and even when it rains in monsoon season the temperature doesn't drop to Zero Celsius like most Western and European countries, it's actually still warm.

Thailand is one country you can easily fall in love with not only because of it's amazing way of culture but because of it's endless beauty surrounding you most of my time here has been spent on the island of Phuket which is the largest island in Thailand with countless beaches and viewpoints were you can enjoy the most stunning sunsets whether your sitting on the beach relaxing or sitting on mountain side viewpoint your bound to almost always see a amazing sunrise or sunset Phuket is known for it's most fiery tropical sunrises and sunsets over the Andaman Sea.

My workplace is in Phuket Town about a 20 minute drive to the nearest beach been Patong Beach the most popular tourist beach on the island where most tourist park themselves for the reasons of the large variety of foods available from Thai, Indian, Western to European and a vase choice of accommodation with shopping malls to satisfy and shopaholic.

I normally take a drive over the other side of Patong Beach to Karon Beach or Kata Beach it's a extra 15 minute drive over the other side of the mountain but it's less crowded with tourist not that there are a lot of tourist here at the moment but still, I just feel more at peace and relaxed watching the surfers out there catching a wave listening to the waves rolling over and not having to listen to screaming kids like on Patong Beach which is more family orientated beach whereas Karon Beach is more for the surfing boys.

I have enjoyed sunsets on many beaches on this island from the North to the South and you know I can never get enough of them because each one is special no matter how many I have seen on this island they excite me for the reason that I have just seen another amazing sunset today and this day may have ended but tomorrow will be the beginning of another fresh day with another amazing sunrise and sunset to look forward to, it's just a never ending cycle of beauty on this island and I am staying around to see more.
