I've been watching anime since I was 5 years old and it never occurred to me that some male characters in an anime are voiced by female voice actresses until a few years ago. So when I hear their voices in an episode, I quickly browse the net for their voice actors and actresses just to make sure.
So here's a list of some anime characters (male and young boys) that are voiced by a female seiyuu:
That's all for now. Compiling them is not really easy. Some are main leads and some are just supporting characters. But it's really a surprise when you know some manly characters voiced by a woman.
