I have a lot of friends with kids who are not married, and why should they be? They're not religious, and they've already had sex, so...🤔 In our case, we got married, not because our family wanted it or because of my religious background. We just did it... never really thought about it, and we didn't get married because it’s “important” to do that. It’s also simpler to live together in another country when you're married, because of all the complicated paperwork. 💪
p.s. Still not sure if I even said yes when he proposed, because I woke up two days later in the hospital with no memories, just a note where he wrote that everything was okay and that he hoped I remembered we’re engaged 😂 So, only my husband knows what my real answer was, and I just played along with 😂😂
