i love this content, i like it when a topic like this is raised, when we are talking about Barcelona and real Madrid the difference between the to teams is not the players that play in the teams respectively but the difference between the teams is that Barcelona is a family and realmadrid is a business team, what do i mean by that i will explain, when we talk about Barcelona as a family they treats their players with respect and honour they always hype their players and this attitude has brought them this far as to becoming arguably the best team in the world don't quote me wrong its 'arguably' so even till date when there is election in the club their players that are even in another club still come to vote to choose new president, players like xavi, iniesta , borjan can still come to vote even when they have become coach like Guadiola he can still vote because he is still part of the club, so the players and the board sees the club as family and most important the fans they also respect fans alot. now they are planning to make Barcelona membership easy for the fans which is fantastic but as good as this is it has also had a negative effect on the club financial and sporting area that the respect they have for player which are not even delivering anymore as been affecting the club sporting area and also the financial area the wages they pay are far too much that nobody in Chelsea is earning up to what griezmann and umtiti is earn in Barcelona so this as lead to the financial breakdown in the club which they now have to tell the players now to reduce their wages now .but as for realmadrid it is different a player like sergio ramos can't leave Barcelona like that because of contact he asked for two years but the club refuse to give him two years despite how he has served the team same thing to christiano ronaldo he left because the team as shown no concern on his task issue but by doing so they can't be in debt but the players cant see the team as home, thanks
