Love

Beneath the willows of a crimson smile
Lies the potential for unknown bliss
The mystery of captivating newness
Is where the first connections are made
But this is just a bud not yet in bloom
Through the years of ups and downs
The spark is kindled in to flame
We wrap together as a root in the soil
Becoming as one in the dirt of each others soul
The tree is singed by flame
It returns anew to life only to burn to ash again
The cycle repeating
Will this be the end or will we conquer
Will it end as one mighty triumph
Or will the tree burn to the ground never to sprout again
