14 days ago, in a bid to once again become active on my Steemit account, I accepted the challenge from @fisteganos to make a random post everyday for the next 14 days. Fast forward two weeks and we are here, the Final Day!

At first, it was very challenging but what really helped me and kept me going was the drive of others involved in the challenge. When you see determination in others, it is unwise for one to remain lazy. I recently started a series on my account where I talk about my Fantasy Premier League (FPL) Gameweek selections and transfers. I will appreciate the FPL lovers to kindly follow my blog as they can learn a thing or two on who to Captain and who to sub in every Gameweek and follow me on my journey to the top of the leaderboard. Hopefully :-)

It's just a day to Christmas, but I can already feel the celebration in the air. Gifts have started flying by, the traffic on the roads are becoming rather unbearable as people attempt to travel down to celebrate the holiday with families and loved ones.

I have a simple wish for Christmas. Santa, I hope you're all ears. I've been a very good boy all year long just to make this request.

Oh Santa.....my simple request is that you make Steem hit $5 before Christmas night.

The sudden rise in the value of Steem couldn't have come at a better time. Lots of money is being spent during this period and Steem has really helped out this year in reducing the burdens on my shoulders. This means I can now finally get gifts for my parents who have invested so much in me thus far and I feel it's just right to show my appreciation to them. The girlfriend @feminine (who is yet to launch he account) will also get a very big gift this year. My siblings also are not left out; you guys have been so wonderful and without you, I won't be where I am today @fisteganos & @dhamoshey thank you for your continued support and words of encouragement.

My appreciation also goes to my very good friend @feekayo, I also remember @the23chronicles and @rickie my guys from @steemsports. I will also like to specially thank @thecryptodrive and @theprophet0 for giving me the opportunity to be a writer on @steemsports where we cover the latest happenings in the world of sport. To my former editor @writingamigo, I admire your zeal and passion for what you do. And to my current editor @scottybuckets, you rock! let's keep the flag flying.

It's just few days to the New Year, but I can already feel that it's going to be a wonderful one for us all.

Watch Out Guys!

We are going to be rolling out so many projects come the new year.

Watch This Space...........

Wait, What is that I am hearing?.......

It's the sound of jingle bells. We are almost there!

Mariah Carey's song comes to mind "All I Want For Christmas Is You"

I-I-I don't want a lot for Christmas
There is just one thing I need
I don't care about the presents
Underneath the Christmas tree
I just want you for my own
More than you could ever know
Make my wish come true
All I want for Christmas is you, yeah
