Telegram is one of my favorite chatting app, it has a large interface and I love it especially for its broader interface that enables for larger numbers of people in a single group chat, that is by far one of the standards a chatting app should possess.
Problem found
There's no option on the telegram app to make video calls
It doesn't sound well that such app lacks this feature, most chatting apps have this feature which enables them to communicate with their friends and families through an audio visual interface i.e via video call.
Here, I'd make WhatsApp, also a leading chatting app as a relative example of a probable upgrade
WhatsApp has an added audio visual interface rather than just an audio interface i.e voice call
Suggestion Design
Add the video call option Here
Essence
- Audio visual connection with contacts
- Upgraded communication interface
- App will look more upgraded and standard
- Added aesthetic values
- Users would definitely want to make use of this feature as soon as it is added
Conclusion
Adding this feature will ensure the above mentioned essentials.
NB: Video call is relative in the society we find ourselves today
