That's a good definition for an experienced Internet user. But I prefer Certified Cyberian! It means that an honorable academic institution has guaranteed my computing education and active digital citizenship.
So you can count on me as a reliable source when it comes to your online presence and experience. But don't let over-credentialing fool you. It's the career choice that you make that defines your productivity, not just accreditation. Focus on mastering your opportunities for progress, rather than on past education.
If I had more decision for myself when I was young, I would choose skill-based training than spoon-fed learning. Besides, life is like the Internet, once upon a time it was just a newbie, now it's 10,552 days old!
