DETERMINATION. Despite knowing about how to start an airline business, Tony was determine that he will still do it anyway. Just by reading the process of that shows how determine that he and his team were to make sure their plan of starting an airline becomes a reality. It’s tough.
RESILIENCE. The sheer amount of challenges and crisis that Tony has to face is unthinkable especially the QZ tragedy. It comes to show the quality of resilience that one must have if he/she were to venture into the part of entrepreneurship.
VISION FOR THE FUTURE. Always have a vision for the future and take longer term view for both business and personal. In QPR, Tony has built the club for the longer term. It might not yield any results immediately but he has built it with the intention that it will be a successful and sustainable club with the right structure and culture.
