[EN/SK] Beauty of the Zakynthos island (2/2) - wandering around / Krásy ostrova Zakynthos (2/2) - potulky po ostrove

Besides the beautiful coast and beaches, the Zakynthos island has a lot more to offer. At many places you can rent a quad, which allows you to reach most places relatively fast. Then all you have to do is enjoy the views of sailing yachts, cultural monuments, or stop by the grazing goats.

Okrem nádherného pobrežia a pláží sa dá na Zakynthose vidieť a zažiť aj mnoho iného. Na mnohých miestach sa dajú prenajať štvorkolky, na ktorých sa pomerne rýchlo dostanete takmer všade. Potom si už len stači vychutnávať výhľady na plaviace sa jachty, kultúrne pamiatky, alebo sa pristaviť pri pasúcich sa kozách.

During my visit, I even came across a musical procession in the island's capital of the same name.

Počas mojej návštevy som v rovnomennom hlavnom meste ostrova dokonca narazil na hudobný sprievod.

A less positive "attraction" were the forest fires, which at that time raged all over the island. But at least I saw the "fire plane" live for the first time.

Menej pozitívnou "atrakciou" boli lesné požiare, ktoré v tom čase zúrili po celom ostrove. Aspoň som ale prvý krát videl naživo "požiarnicke lietadlo".
