We where on a family weekend near the coast last weekend and on Sunday it was nice weather for a nice walk on the beach. Saturday was a very rainy day so we went for just a quick bicycle tour towards the village and played a lot of games.
We where walking along the surf, took a while to get there as it was ebb, and then we saw these little birds picking in the sand. As they kept running from us I switched quickly to the telephoto lens for some more detailed shots. I didn't knew the name of this birds but thanks to Google I found out they where called sandpipers.
A funny sight watching these quick birds running trough the surf picking the sand for food.
So another bird I know from now on whenever I see one again. Thanks to this platform I have learned the names of a lot of animals and mushrooms as I like to photograph these subjects and then have to search more info on Google.
Have an amazing day!
